About the workshop

Oakwell started in 2019 as a two-person workshop. We buy kiln-dried European oak from certified suppliers, cut and join it by hand, and finish everything with hardwax oil so the surface can be repaired at home years later.

We do not keep stock. Each piece is built for the person who ordered it, which is why lead times are longer than in a furniture store and why we take on a limited number of orders per month.
